Fabrication

Springbok Process Management has extensive experience designing and manufacturing high quality, durable and cost-effective equipment for the oil, gas, power, petrochemical and heavy oil industries. Our fabrication services has assembled a proven team with almost 40 years experience in the fabrication of FCCU components, piping, specialty welding and is known worldwide as the standard for fabricating refinery heater and furnace components.

The fabricated equipment can be a simple single unit or a complete packages including all necessary instrumentation and control devices to meet your specifications. The equipment for simple or combined applications can be packaged on one or more skids with all interconnection piping, valves and instrumentation, including an interface with the DCS via a local PLC or instrumentation terminated to junction box on the skid. Our equipment is highly reliable and designed for trouble-free, unattended operation.
